Mentorship will provide you with tools, that I myself have used, to achieve your self growth and awareness. It is a form of “life coaching.”
What is the difference between mentorship and psychotherapy?
Mentorship is a form of coaching - working towards self growth.
Mentorship does not require a diagnosis and is for overall self growth whereas Psychotherapy is for diagnostically identified mental health goals.
Mentorship is paid out of pocket. Insurance may cover psychotherapy.
Mentorship can be purchased in packages that will fit your needs; although you may always renew as you like to continue.
Mentorship is not limited to location and I work online via zoom.
There may be times to determine if psychotherapy is the best approach for you rather than mentorship. It is possible to see a psychotherapist and a mentor at the same time with careful consideration and coordination.
I am interested in the intersection of evidence based healing modalities with practices that come from various ancient traditions that will support you in your own intuitive healing and growth. I am not “a healer” - I support and empower you in your healing and growth. I consider myself a grounded individual, agnostic spiritually, and open to many belief systems. No dogmatic, oppressive, spiritual bypassing or cultural MISappropriation. Ill support you in processes to find your own EMPOWERMENT.
